For questions, feedback, or anything that doesn't fit neatly into the categories below, send a note to hello@ironnest.com. We read every email. We can't guarantee a personal reply to every message, but if your question is substantive we'll do our best to respond.
If your question is time-sensitive - for instance, you're trying to make a purchase decision within a specific window - mention that in the subject line. It helps us prioritize.
Corrections and Factual Errors
If you've found a factual error in one of our reviews or guides - an incorrect specification, a price that's significantly off, or a claim that doesn't hold up - please let us know. Send an email with the specific article, the claim in question, and the correction. If you have a source, include it.
We take accuracy seriously. Corrections that check out get addressed promptly, and we note significant changes at the top of updated articles. We're not defensive about being wrong - a corrected article is more useful than a confident but inaccurate one.
Product Submissions
We do not accept unsolicited products for review and we do not publish sponsored content. Our reviews cover equipment we've sourced and tested independently - that's the only way we can stand behind our conclusions.
If you represent a brand and want to ask about editorial coverage, you're welcome to email us with details about your product. We evaluate every inquiry on editorial merit: does this fill a gap in our coverage, and is it something our readers would want to know about? Most requests don't meet that bar. We'll let you know either way.
